What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Tile and Coping Installer position at Luxury Mountain Pool & Spa Inc?
Our company specializes in building “High End Residential” pool & spas including shotcrete, fiberglass, and stainless steel. We are based in Idaho Falls, ID and travel within a 3 hour radius reaching into Jackson, Wy as well as Big Sky, MT and Sun Valley, ID. We do a wide range of construction including but not limited to: Excavation, forming, rebar placement, plumbing, tile & masonry, electrical (low voltage), and other specialized work related to pools and spas.
Requirements: Must be willing to travel within approximately 3 hour radius with some overnight travel. Must be physically able to safely work on commercial & residential job sites in warm & cold climates. Must be able to lift at least 100lbs. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others. Must maintain proper communication, reporting, and updating with company software. Must have a valid license and clean driving record. Pool industry experience and certifications are a plus. Must be able to maintain schedules, deadlines. Willing to train the right person.
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tile & Coping Installer to join our team for swimming pool and spa construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing waterline tile, spillway tile, and coping materials on new pool and spa builds. Attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Install pool and spa tile, including waterline tile, raised wall tile, and spillway tile
- Install coping materials such as natural stone, precast, concrete, or pavers
- Read plans, layouts, and elevations to ensure accurate installation
- Prepare surfaces and materials for proper adhesion and long-lasting results
- Cut and fit tile/coping with precision
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades as needed
- Ensure finished product meets company quality standards

Pay – $18-$25/hr depending on experience.
