Position Overview
We are seeking a Patient Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and guests. This role is more than a typical front desk position — it requires someone who embodies professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, ensuring that every patient experience is seamless from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling, payments, and follow-up appointments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, promotions, and memberships.
- Coordinate patient flow to support a smooth experience between providers and treatments.
- Maintain knowledge of all spa services, products, and memberships to assist in patient education and upselling when appropriate.
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks including appointment confirmations, inventory support, and light office duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, medicine, luxury spa, hospitality, or customer service role strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with scheduling systems/EMRs (training provided).
- A passion for aesthetics, wellness, and luxury service.
