Role Description
We're looking for a Part-Time Remote Content Creator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content to market luxury apartments across all major social media platforms—including Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and more. This is a creative and flexible position that offers the chance to explore some of the most stunning apartments in the city while building your portfolio.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about videography, have a keen eye for design, and love staying ahead of social trends. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who’s excited to grow with our brand and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging content (video photo) to promote luxury listings
- Plan and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Stay current on real estate and social media trends to keep content fresh
- Cross-promote content for maximum reach and engagement
- Collaborate with our team on marketing strategies and creative direction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong videography and video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.)
- Familiarity with luxury real estate or a passion for upscale lifestyle content
- Experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about growing with a brand
