HIRING ASAP LANDSCAPE CREW

Overview
We are urgently hiring for Landscaping and Mowing Crew members to join our team! These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, transform residential/commercial properties into beautiful landscape projects, and cross training to develop your skills in various aspects of landscaping and maintenance. We offer year round employment and also part time for the summer. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this position is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working outside and creating beauty with nature. New hires are eligible for a 30 day review from the first day on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including planting, yard installs, and following designs
• Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy, attractive lawns
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, and weed control
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks
• Help with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
• Maintain equipment such as excavators, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping machinery in good working condition
• Drive truck and trailer

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or commercial property maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are also a plus.
• Experience with tree care and trimming is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment and materials
• Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
