What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Sales-marketing consultant position at Luxury Jewelry Retailer?
We are a well-established, family-owned fine jewelry boutique known for exceptional service, custom design, and lasting relationships with our clients. We’re looking to add a polished, client-focused professional who enjoys creating meaningful experiences—not just completing transactions.
This is a role for someone who understands that fine jewelry is emotional, personal, and often tied to life’s biggest moments.
What You’ll Do
- Build genuine relationships with clients and guide them through important purchases
- Assist with engagement rings, custom designs, repairs, and luxury gift selections
- Maintain a high-end showroom environment and presentation standards
- Follow up with clients and cultivate repeat and referral business
- A detail driven individual to manage and maintain our social media/client communications and help with store events
- Support day-to-day operations as part of a collaborative team
