As a Sales Consultant you are directly responsible for selling used cars, providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and achieving monthly sales goals. As a Sales Consultant you will interact directly with customers in person and virtually. This is a non-supervisory, commission-based position.
Sales Experience is required. If you have 1-2 years' experience in retail sales, wireless sales, customer service or any related industry and are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career apply here!

Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a welcoming attitude and listens to their needs
- Describes operations and features of vehicles matching customer’s needs via in-person or virtually
- Develop and maintain future prospect and customer follow-up system
- Leverage our CRM system daily to drive business through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and guide customers through the sales process.
- Wear company polo attire and represent our brand professionally.
- Bring a strong desire to succeed and have fun while doing it!
- Work sales floor and lot, answer questions and engage customers
- Close sales by overcoming objections
- Maintaining leads in our CRM system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
