At Luxury Homes Realty, we excel in serving the requirements of clients seeking to purchase, sell, or invest in properties. Our specialization lies in new developments and high-end real estate within Houston and its surrounding areas.

Compensation :

50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Self-motivated individual needed for Real Estate Property Acquisitions in Houston, TX.
Task-oriented person required to excel in property acquisitions.
Seeking a self-sufficient Acquisitions associate for Real Estate opportunities.
Positive can-do attitude essential for success in Real Estate Property Acquisitions.
Desire to excel and grow within a dynamic start-up real estate company in Houston.

Qualifications : Requirements :

Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License

Perform mass daily outbound calls to convert leads

Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties

Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market

Work closely with upper management regarding land deals, and communicate properties effectively

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Qualifications : Requirements :

Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs

Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment

Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions

Detail-oriented and quality-focused

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
