About the Role
One Waterfront Towers is seeking a professional Concierge (Front Desk) to join our Resident Services team. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, the Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring safety, comfort, and community satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background who thrive in a luxury residential or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide concierge-level services, including directions, amenity reservations, and service coordination
- Manage parcel, food, and vendor deliveries, as well as move-in/move-out scheduling
- Monitor and inspect common areas and amenities for proper use and cleanliness
- Identify and report security or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate daily logs and support communication with management, security, and maintenance teams
- Uphold One Waterfront Towers’ standards of service excellence and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1 year in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Luxury residential or hotel experience desirable
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic office technology
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
