POSITION:
Content & Brand Experience Assistant Manager
(Luxury Media, Events & Business Development)
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, proactive, and resourceful person to work directly alongside the founder in a hands-on right-hand role.
This is a fast-paced, creative, relationship-driven position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants the opportunity to grow quickly into a larger management role as the company expands.
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, creative, organized, and adaptable — not someone looking for a rigid corporate environment.

WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH
• Creating social media content using an iPhone or GoPro during events, showroom visits, networking activations, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Capturing and editing Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content
• Assisting with luxury networking events, showroom tours, and business activations
• Managing invitations, RSVPs, timelines, and event logistics
• Following up with clients, designers, and business partners
• Helping organize campaigns, marketing deliverables, and ongoing projects
• Assisting with Canva-based marketing materials and content coordination
• Supporting the founder across multiple moving parts of the business
You do not need to be a professional videographer, but you should have intermediate-level confidence filming and editing engaging social media content.

WORK STRUCTURE
• Hybrid role
• Approximately 60% independent/work-from-home coordination
• Approximately 40% in the field alongside the founder at events, meetings, showroom visits, and activations
• Flexible schedule preferred based around event schedules and content needs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or project management experience
• Experience creating Reels and social media content
• Intermediate iPhone/GoPro video skills
• Canva or basic design experience

• $3,500–$5,000/month based on experience
• Performance bonuses tied to event execution and business growth
