Job Description
As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions and be part of a team committed to delivering excellent landscaping services. This role is hands-on, physically active, and provides opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping tasks including hardscaping, trimming, planting, mulching, and cleanup.
- Operate professional landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sun)
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from Crew Leaders
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Landscaping or equipment experience preferred
