Luxury Escapes International (LEI) helps nonprofits and schools raise millions through charity auctions featuring our exclusive luxury vacation homes. We’re looking for motivated sales professionals who want to build a career selling experiences that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to nonprofits, schools, and foundations
- Identify decision-makers and build lasting partnerships
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Track activity in Salesforce CRM
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
- Confident phone presence with ability to influence and engage
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and competitive
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Pay & Benefits
- $48,000 base salary uncapped commission
- First-year earnings: $60K–$75K; six-figure potential as you grow
