A premier luxury residential condominium is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid Maintenance/Porter role. This position is essential to maintaining the elevated standards, appearance, and overall resident experience within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all common areas
- Handle garbage and recycling removal with discretion and efficiency
- Perform light maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative upkeep
- Assist with routine building inspections and proactively report issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Coordinate seamlessly with management, staff, and third-party vendors
- Facilitate deliveries and provide access to authorized service providers
- Uphold the cleanliness and appearance of exterior grounds and entryways
- Support daily operations to ensure a first-class residential environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a luxury residential, hospitality, or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, walking, standing for extended periods)
- Professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexibility for occasional on-call support, as needed
