About the role
The Luxury Box ATL Sales Associate is the face of our brand — part stylist, part concierge, part product expert. You bring genuine passion for luxury sneakers, streetwear, and accessories for the people who also love them. A strong performer represents the Luxury Box brand, delivers a personalized experience from the moment a client walks in store, and continues to foster the relationship after a client leaves.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist every client with the level of service that defines Luxury Box ATL (Read our Google Reviews)
- Build genuine client relationships through CRM and follow up on new arrivals, drops, and wishlist items
- Drive sales through deep product knowledge and consultative selling
- Develop expertise across all categories — designer apparel, sneakers, accessories, and collectibles
- Handle POS transactions efficiently, including cash, returns, and mobile checkout
- Support visual merchandising and maintain showroom standards before, during, and after store hours
- Partner with management on floor execution, events, and product releases
- Brainstorm and participate in our store content
- Assist with stockroom organization, replenishment, and operational tasks as needed
Availability
- Open and flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available for product drops, exclusive releases, and special events
What we're looking for
- 1 year in retail sales or customer service
- Background in apparel, footwear, luxury goods, or sneaker/streetwear culture preferred but not required
- Polished, professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with POS systems, and basic sales tech tools
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs
