Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled Watchmaker at Luxury Bazaar's workshop in Warminster, PA. The Watchmaker will be responsible for repairing and maintaining high-end watches and clocks. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing meticulous repair, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a high level of accuracy to meet the company’s standards. Collaborative efforts with the team to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional results will be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Watch Repair, including the diagnosis and servicing of various high-end watch brands and timepieces.
• Experience working with watches and familiarity with their repair and maintenance requirements.
• Strong skills in Quality Control and ensuring all repairs and restorations meet rigorous quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work with High Level of Accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Watches, including an understanding of their movements, mechanisms, and craftsmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and technical precision.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative, high-paced environment.
• Certification from a recognized watchmaking institution is highly desirable.
• Experience in servicing luxury and rare timepieces is a strong advantage.
