- Start as a Canvasser
- Get promoted to Team Setter Leader
- Graduate into a Closer / In-Home Design Specialist
- Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Knock doors with confidence and purpose in local neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners with authentic energy and educate them on how our solutions improve comfort, safety, and efficiency
- Set appointments for our Design Consultants—no hard selling
- Represent Optum with heart, humility, and hustle
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth, grit, and gratitude
- Get promoted based on performance, not politics
