What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution
- Design projects using our iPad-based sales system
- Present pricing and financing options
- Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable giving presentations and asking for the sale
- Reliable transportation
- Must live in or near the Spokane area
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn $150,000 to $200,000 annually based on performance.
