About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales position allows you to leverage cutting-edge technology to design and sell high-quality bath products.
Your Responsibilities
Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
Participate in weekly sales training to continually enhance your skills
Use our intuitive software to design customized bath solutions
Deliver pricing and close sales consistently
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Prior in-home sales experience is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation and local to North Canton, Ohio
Confidence and poise in public speaking and presentations
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined work approach
Independent, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social settings
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income will reflect your performance and experience. The role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for motivated, money-driven individuals.
