Bathroom Design Consultant (Outside Sales)

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125,000–$300,000 per year (Commission Bonuses)
What You'll Do
- Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week)
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs
- Build rapport with homeowners and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process and set clear expectations
- Close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Attend two in-person sales meetings each month
- Support team success while maintaining high professional standards
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
- Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
Schedule
- Full-time
- Five days per week
- Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
- Appointment times vary based on customer availability
