We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Face to Face Events Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a background in event marketing and management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver memorable experiences that align with their vision. You will be facing with the public on scheduling appointments for home remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from inception to completion, ensuring all details are managed effectively
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice on event planning and execution
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best terms for clients
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client’s event experience
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process and during the event itself
• Collaborate with catering teams, banquet staff, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of events
• Develop marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance
• Maintain organized records of contracts, budgets, and event details for future reference

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or management is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in hospitality or guest services is a plus; experience in restaurants or hotels is beneficial
• Familiarity with budgeting processes related to event management
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in fundraising or marketing for events is advantageous
