What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior In-Home Sales Consultant (Home Improvement) position at Luxury Bath & Kitchens of Raleigh?
About Us
For 24 years, we’ve built our reputation on a simple promise: deliver high-end, premium luxury home improvements at a price homeowners can actually afford. As a family-owned and operated business, we treat our team like family and our clients with unmatched respect. We don’t do corporate red tape—we focus on strong relationships, craftsmanship, and closing deals.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned, heavy-hitting In-Home Sales Consultant who can hit the ground running. If you are an experienced closer who thrives in front of prospective clients, understands the nuances of in-home consultation, and wants a company that actually supports your success, this is where you belong.
You bring the closing skills; we bring everything else.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Warm, Pre-Vetted Leads: No cold calling or door knocking. You are visiting homeowners who have actively requested quotes and are ready to buy.
- Attractive Compensation Structure: Start strong with a guaranteed draw that cushions your launch—then shift into a more commission weighted plan where your drive unlocks unlimited earning potential. The harder and smarter you work, the more you make.
- Family-Owned Culture: Work with leadership that knows your name, supports your goals, and backs you up on every job.
- All the Tools Included: We provide product samples, digital presentation tools, aggressive financing options, and full back-office scheduling support so you can focus strictly on selling.
- 24 Years of Brand Trust: Sell with confidence knowing you’re representing a stable, highly rated company with strong warranties and premium product lines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven In-Home Sales Track Record: Minimum 3 years in direct-to-consumer in-home sales (roofing, windows, siding, bath, kitchens, or similar trades).
- The Veteran Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing your schedule and pipeline efficiently.
- Master Closer: Proficient in running structured sales presentations, overcoming objections, and building immediate rapport at the kitchen table.
- Reliable & Ready: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and flexibility to meet homeowners during peak decision-making hours (evenings/weekends as needed).
