We’re looking for a Service Advisor who balances a professional, outgoing personality with the "hunter" instinct required to close sales and keep our bays full.
The Role
You are the bridge between our elite technicians and our valued customers. This isn't just an administrative role—it's a sales-driven position. You need to be able to sell work with passion, translate complex technical needs into plain English, and ensure every customer leaves feeling like a VIP.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Confidently present repair orders and "sell work" by highlighting value and safety.
- Precision Communication: Relay information between customers and staff with absolute accuracy (no details lost in translation).
- Client Management: Manage the full lifecycle of a service visit via phone, text, and email follow-ups.
- The Experience: Maintain a pristine customer lounge and workspace, ensuring a luxury-tier environment.
- Operational Support: Field high-volume calls, pull customer vehicles around, and assist the shop team as needed to maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of Service Advisor experience (Preferred).
- Communication: Elite face-to-face and phone skills. You must be comfortable "asking for the sale."
- Adaptability: Ability to learn our specific systems and luxury brand nuances rapidly.
- Attitude: Professional, fun, and genuinely nice. We hire for "culture fit" as much as "skill fit."
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch). No weekends!
- Onboarding: Fast-paced training (under 1 month).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
