Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative paying $20 per hour on 1st shift. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Build and maintain working knowledge of customer base products and applications.
• Build and maintain working relationships with customer base.
• Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner (goal – within 24 hours).
• Learn and maintain working knowledge of customer systems (i.e., EDI, In house systems, matrix, etc.)
• Liaison for customer and Sales Team with internal departments.
• Address / complete all tasks identified in daily production meeting.
• Process quote requests and verify information on quote prior to faxing/emailing to customer.
• Expedite orders when necessary.
• Handle inquiries and/or concerns to resolve discrepancies for external and internal customers.
• Work closely with Sales Team to maintain open communication and update information.
• Create new method folders, schedule kick off meetings and work on project until customer approval is received.
• Maintain method folders and update when necessary.
• Coordinate end of life (EOL) on production parts with Customer and appropriate departments.
• Negotiate with internal and external customers to resolve issues/concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred.
• Office / Customer Service Experience (Manufacturing background knowledge a plus)
• Computer knowledge a must (data entry in several programs as well as customers portals will be required.
• Advanced Micro Soft Office Suite software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
