This individual will need to demonstrate expertise in crisis intervention, mandated reporting, care coordination of patients with psychosocial risk.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and display a professional demeanor with patients, families, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies.
Social Services Director Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social services
- Certification as a CSW (Certified Services Worker) by the state of Missouri
- Knowledge of community resources
- Experience in Health Care Social work
- 2-5 years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.
- Experience in long-term care social work also a plus.
