- Must hold an active RN license in the state of Missouri
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents as assigned
- Administer and accurately document medications and treatments
- Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Document responses to nursing care in resident charts
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Support unit operations and assume charge nurse duties when assigned
