Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state license in the state of Missouri
- Must have at least three years of experience in skilled nursing care (SNF)
- Must have experience in a high-level managing/leadership role
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, safety, and sanitation
