LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
  

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, person-centered resident care
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage resident engagement and socialization
• Maintain a safe, supportive care environment
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Collect, document, and maintain patient information
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Communicate effectively with the RN and overseeing physician
