- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.
- Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Accurately document resident history, vitals, and any clinical changes.
- Communicate effectively with registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Current LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Passion for providing person-centered care
- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
