Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Missouri
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage for mental and emotional well-being
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; document new data
• Take vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.)
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
