Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily foodservice operations ensuring quality and safety
• Recruit, interview, train, and supervise dietary staff
• Engage with residents to meet their dietary needs and ensure satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules and workflow for efficiency
• Conduct inventory management and ordering
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and safety protocols for food preparation
• Create resident-specific dietary programs and diverse meal options
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  
  
  

Qualifications / What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Certified by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals (ANFP)
• Completed Dietary Manager Exam
• Proven experience in food service management
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
