What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sales Director - Telecom (TMT) position at Luxoft?
Luxoft DXC is looking for a seasoned individual contributor sales leader to drive new business within the Telecom industry. This is a pure hunter role - you will be responsible for developing and closing net new logos, expanding Luxoft's footprint in the region, and positioning our software development and consulting services as the transformation partner of choice for major Telecom carriers.

What You'll Do
- Identify, develop and close net new business within major Telecom accounts, targeting deals $5M and above
- Build and execute targeted territory and account plans aligned with revenue goals
- Own and manage your pipeline end-to-end - from prospecting to close
- Engage at C-suite level to position Luxoft's software development, consulting and managed services
- Collaborate with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to shape winning proposals
- Forecast accurately and communicate progress to TMT Global Leadership
What We're Looking For
- 10 years in IT services sales as an individual contributor
- Proven track record selling software development or consulting services into Telecom
- Experience closing deals $5M and above
- Active C-level network within major Telecom carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Vodafone or similar)
- Proven ability to open and close greenfield accounts
- Based on or connected to West Coast, Washington State preferred
- Bachelor's degree

- Existing relationships with Tier 1 carriers
