Summary: Maintain and repair the high-speed automation and robotics used within the manufacturing facilities to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, and Controls troubleshooting
Set up and perform Preventative Maintenance
Use data and trends to predict and perform Predictive Maintenance
Order and maintain Spare Parts and keep Inventory at acceptable levels
Assist with Engineering projects as assigned
Make minor modifications to programs and robots as requested.
Recommend upgrades or changes to processes.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
- 3-5 years working experience.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic systems
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to resolve problems
- Planning and organizational skills (detail oriented)
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent housekeeping skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Automotive experience in Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
- IATF 16949:2016: 2 years (Required)
- Plastic Injection Molding: 2 years (Required)
