Job Overview

What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment such as grinders, chippers, and atomizers (training provided)
- Monitor production processes, perform measurements, and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safe, consistent production flow
- Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to Team Leaders or Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety and environmental requirements
- Accurately complete production logs, material usage records, and required documentation
- Support preventative maintenance activities and continuous improvement efforts
- Work safely with hazardous and non-hazardous materials in a regulated manufacturing environment
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Manufacturing or industrial experience (chemical or metals manufacturing a plus)
- Forklift or boiler license (not required)
- Experience working in safety- or quality-driven environments
