Job Overview:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our dental clinic, you will be responsible for accurately processing orders for dental supplies, equipment, and lab cases, while also serving as a friendly point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Order Entry & Processing:
- Receive and process orders for dental supplies, instruments, materials, and equipment from clinical staff and dentists.
- Enter purchase orders accurately into the clinic's inventory or procurement system.
Customer Service & Patient Support:
- Greet patients warmly in person, over the phone, or via email, representing the clinic with professionalism and care.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling software.
- Assist patients with completing intake forms, medical histories, and consent documents.
Coordination with Clinical Team:
- Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants regarding supply needs and patient orders.
- Alert clinical staff to any supply shortages that may affect treatment plans.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and friendly demeanor with a patient-focused approach.
Pay: $21.86 - $25.91 per hour
