We are looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator with a Medical Assistant certification to be the first face our patients see when they walk through our doors. You will set the tone for the entire patient experience. Comprehensive training will be provided, we invest in our team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient flow
- Handle patient intake forms, consents, and medical records
- Process payments and manage daily transactions
- Assist clinical staff with basic MA duties as needed
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant certification
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand

Salary : $18 - $20
