Moness Medical Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-centered primary care team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive outpatient setting focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
The provider will be responsible for performing comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. A strong emphasis is placed on patient education, continuity of care, and building lasting relationships with individuals and families.

The NP/PA will work closely with our supervising physician, medical assistants, and administrative team to ensure patients receive coordinated and thorough care. This is a part-time position within our primary care office, open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Scheduling is flexible, and no after-hours or weekend shifts are required.
