What You’ll Do
- Landscape installation and construction
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
- Irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Mulching, drainage projects, and hardscape assistance
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely
- Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering high-quality results
Qualifications
- Prior experience with landscaping or construction work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers or trimmers
- Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and landscape maintenance techniques
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform outdoor labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality
