Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with patient hygiene and mobility
- Maintain patient safety and prevent infection
- Keep detailed and accurate care records
- Offer medication reminders as needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Use patient monitoring devices effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in patient care
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CNA Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of patient safety and vital signs measurement
