Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, clients, and the office, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple job sites to monitor project progress and quality.
- Coordinate daily activities with field crews and subcontractors.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and address client questions or concerns.
- Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts and change orders.
- Generate and send invoices, track payments, and assist with project billing.
- Schedule inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Identify and resolve project issues to keep jobs on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
