Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of Customer Experience based in Dallas, TX. The Director of Customer Experience will lead and implement customer experience strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, driving improvements across customer touchpoints, leading customer success initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent and successful product delivery defined by excellent customer service. This role also involves creating performance metrics and delivering insights to senior leadership to inform strategies and improve processes.

- Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and data for decision-making.
- Proven experience with customer service, client success strategies, and improving customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and produce results in a deadline-driven environment.
- Background in the surfaces or retail industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
