Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced User Growth Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth strategies in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who excels at scaling user acquisition through platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok while optimizing performance metrics such as CPI, ROI, and LTV.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Drive user acquisition growth while meeting KPIs including Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on Investment (ROI), and Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and retention
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and policy changes to maintain competitive performance
- Identify and test new growth channels and strategies
- Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets to maximize performance and minimize risk
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising or user acquisition
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and attribution analysis
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile app growth and ASO strategies
- Familiarity with global or international advertising markets
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
