Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Swimming pool construction and maintenance experience is a bonus but not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that excels in a team environment and wants to learn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and installation techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in residential and commercial settings. This is an outdoor position, must be able to lift 50lbs and have a valid drivers license. Training can be provided if needed. Wage will depend on experience and skill.
Responsibilities
- Install various stages of a swimming pool & landscape build according to project specifications.
- Perform construction tasks under supervision.
- Open/Winterize High End Swimming Pools
- Plumbing Repairs
- Heater and Pump Diagnostic and Repair
- Weekly Pool Maintenance
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and manipulate 50 lbs
- Must be able to follow directions
- Complete daily records of worked performed
- Brushing, vacuuming pools
- Chemical testing of water samples
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Applicant must be punctual and have a positive attitude

Experience
- Proven experience in installation roles within the construction industry is preferred but not required if willing to learn and show initiative.
- Knowledge of water chemistry as well as adjusting and balancing of water is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of pool filtration systems is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
- A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
