What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests
- Welcome arrivals with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- Assist with resident requests, directions, packages, and general guest needs
- Build positive relationships with residents through consistent and personalized service
- Anticipate needs and look for opportunities to exceed expectations
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional arrival experience
- Work closely with management and fellow team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and team oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, country clubs, luxury residential communities, guest services, or valet operations is a plus
