Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our home care services, highlighting benefits tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through effective account management and negotiation skills to expand community partnerships.
- Educate stakeholders on our services through presentations, informational sessions, and personalized consultations.
- Collaborate with medical sales teams to identify opportunities for growth within the community.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess outreach effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on community or healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing accounts and driving outreach initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Familiarity with analysis tools and organizational skills necessary for tracking outreach activities and outcomes.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and experience in account management to foster long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, for creating reports and presentations.
