About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Haverhill. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-end real estate tours and engaging social media content.
Nature of Work & Schedule: This is a Part-Time, Seasonal position. As we are tied to the real estate market, our production volume fluctuates with the seasons.
- Peak Season (Spring/Summer/Fall): Expect consistent weekly hours and a high volume of projects.
- Winter Months: Please note that project volume traditionally decreases during the winter, which will result in reduced hours.
The 90-Day Onboarding
This role begins with a 90-day in-office probationary period at our Haverhill, MA office to ensure alignment with our workflow and brand standards.
- Probationary Period: Conducted entirely on-site using our provided high-performance editing rig.
- Post-Probation: Upon successful completion of 90 days, there is a possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule, provided you have a personal rig capable of handling 4K video and Final Cut Pro at home.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-quality real estate walkthroughs, drone footage, and agent "hype" videos.
- Produce "short-form" content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with engaging captions and pacing.
- Color grade footage to ensure a bright, professional, and inviting aesthetic.
- Use your design eye to create basic graphic elements (lower thirds, thumbnails, etc.).
- Collaborate with our team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in Final Cut Pro: Proficiency is a must as this is our primary editing suite.
- Real Estate Experience: Familiarity with architectural pacing and showcasing property features.
- Social Media Savvy: You understand what makes a video "scroll-stopping" in 2026.
- Design Literacy: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and hit deadlines during peak season.
