Responsibilities
- Capture stunning photographs of properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.
- Conduct photo editing and manipulation to enhance images for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and property owners to understand their vision and requirements.
- Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the best representation of the property.
- Create engaging video content showcasing properties when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends in real estate photography and videography.
Experience
- Proven experience in photography, preferably with a focus on real estate or architectural photography.
- Experience in videography is a plus, with the ability to create compelling video tours of properties.
- Sales experience is beneficial for effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate photography is highly desirable.
