This role begins with hands on residential cleaning. Your primary responsibility will be delivering premium residential cleaning services inside our clients’ homes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver premium residential cleaning services with exceptional attention to detail
• Follow Luxe Cleaning’s quality standards, systems, and checklists
• Consistently arrive on time and fully prepared for every scheduled appointment
• Communicate professionally with clients while representing Luxe Cleaning with care
• Treat every client’s home with respect, discretion, and pride
• Consistently represent the Luxe standard in every home
• Continuously look for ways to improve quality, efficiency, and the overall client experience
• As the company grows, support quality control, technician development, and field leadership initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with dependable communication
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Professional appearance, communication, and work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently while maintaining consistently high standards
• Physically able to perform residential cleaning duties

Compensation & Recognition

This is a part time independent contractor position offering competitive flat rate compensation.

The hourly range displayed on Indeed reflects the estimated equivalent earnings experienced technicians can achieve through our per job compensation structure while consistently meeting Luxe Cleaning’s quality standards.
