Luxe Esthetic Studio is seeking a polished, friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing spa and wellness team. Our front desk team plays an essential role in the Luxe experience. This person is often the first and last point of contact for our clients and helps ensure that every visit feels welcoming, organized and personalized. This is more than an answering-the-phone position. The ideal candidate will confidently manage appointments, support our service providers, educate clients about services and memberships, and help create a smooth experience from the initial phone call through checkout and rebooking.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet each client and create a welcoming first impression
- Check clients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails and online inquiries
- Assist clients in selecting services based on their needs
- Help maintain the elevated and personalized experience Luxe is known for
- Manage multiple service-provider schedules accurately
- Keep the reception, retail and common areas clean and organized
- Restock supplies and assist with light laundry or studio-support tasks as needed
- Support inventory counts, promotional events and other studio initiatives

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service, hospitality, reception or sales experience preferred
- Spa, salon, medical office or luxury retail experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, email and text-based communication
- Ability to learn our complete service and product menu
- Ability to stand, move throughout the studio and complete light studio-support duties
