Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to support both our retail storefront and online store operations. - Greet and assist customers with purchases, sizing, and product selection
- Provide product knowledge, including custom apparel options
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and respond to basic customer inquiries (order status, product questions)
- Assist with processing custom orders and ensuring details are correct
- Update order statuses and track shipments
- Help manage inventory between online and in-store stock
- Promote new arrivals, drops, and custom collections
- Assist with preparing for product launches and preorders
- Support light content creation (photos/videos for social media if needed)
- Encourage repeat business through strong customer engagement
- Previous retail, e-commerce, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic online platforms
- Strong attention to detail (especially for custom orders)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and shift between customer-facing and operational tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Part-time (10–25 hours per week) - Thursday availability a plus
- Must be available for weekends and occasional evenings
- Interest in fashion, branding, or custom apparel
- Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok)
- Experience with packaging/shipping or small business operations
- Salary range$15 - $17 per hour
