Front Desk Associate — Luxe Cleaners & Alterations (Katy, TX)
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Part-time, 30–35 hours/week — Monday–Wednesday 1pm–7pm, Friday 1pm–7pm, Saturday 9am–5pm

About Us Luxe Cleaners & Alterations is a premium dry cleaning, wash & fold, and alterations business in the Jordan Ranch area of Katy. We opened in 2026 and we’re growing fast. Our customers expect polished service, and we deliver it. You’ll be the face of that experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer warmly and handle drop-offs and pickups accurately
- Tag, inspect, and check in garments; flag stains, damage, or special requests
- Operate our point of sale system, process payments, and manage customer records
- Answer phones and texts professionally and resolve questions same day
- Keep the front of house spotless and on brand at all times
- Support pickup and delivery order prep and daily tasks assigned by the Store Manager
Who You Are
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented. Accuracy matters in this business
- Comfortable with technology; POS experience a plus, not required
- Strong communicator in person and on the phone
- Able to stand for full shifts and handle garment bags and comforters
- Reliable for the set schedule above, including Saturdays
- Prior retail, hospitality, salon, or dry cleaning experience preferred
