What You'll Do

As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and providing meaningful analysis that helps drive business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and special projects for management.
• Support the accounts payable function and assist with departmental accounting processes.
• Coordinate and process weekly payment runs.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Assist with revenue and expense analysis, including brand and cost allocations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience working in a mid-size or large corporate environment (experience with companies exceeding $100 million in annual revenue is preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of financial transactions accurately.

• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues, recommend practical solutions, and follow through on implementation.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
